30-Days-No-Reason-To-Return
Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Please note that the customer must pay for return shipping. Cactechs Co. Ltd will not sign for the parcel if the shipping fee is not paid. Once a return request has been submitted and our customer service team has confirmed that the product can be returned in accordance with our "30-Days-No-Reason-To-Return" policy, please send the package to the requested address and provide shipping details. Once the returned item arrives at Cactechs Co. Ltd's warehouse for processing Check and the refund process will begin. When returned items arrive at Cactechs Co. Ltd warehouse, please ensure the following requirements are met.
- Returns must include all accessories
- Items must include original packaging
Refunds can be processed in one of two ways, which you can choose according to your preference when submitting your return request:
- Store Credit (The code will be received within 2-3 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse)
- My Original Payment Method (The payment will be received within 20-30 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse)
365-Days Warranty Claims For All Products
Damaged/defective/non-functioning products can be returned under our warranty claim within 365 days of placing the order. Warranty claim applies only once. To apply warranty claim, please ensure the following requirements are met.
- Customer must provide sufficient proof of purchase.
- The purchase must be made within 365 days.
- Video/ picture of the damaged/defective/non-functioning product is provided.
A partial refund/full refund/replacement will be offered as a solution according to your situation. Should the product need to be returned, shipping costs will be covered by Cactechs Co. Ltd.
Not covered by warranty:
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
- Lost or stolen products.
- Items that have expired their warranty period.
- Free products.
- Products that have been indicated without warranty.
- Products that have been repaired through 3rd parties.
- Damage from outside sources.
- Damage from misuse of products.
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers.
